No, they didn’t. They (at least ATC) said they would wait for the state AG to render an opinion on the legality of THC less CBD.

How can the state bust him when patrons can order CBD online and have it shipped to there house?
I’m also pretty sure you can take CBD, up to a certain small amount, through TSA and on an airplane.

And that idiot believed them. That’s on him. The Louisiana ATC damn near smashed into me in a Circle K parking lot to try to bust me for buying alcohol underage. It was 23. The ATC is a fricking joke. No way in hell they were “going to wait”

ATC should be disbanded. They sent armed agents into Tin Roof Brewing a year or two because they had caterers on premises without a permit.
