Weed in and of itself isn't trashy.....the people that use it recreationally are.

That's gross....I prefer a good IPA, stout, or a good bourbon.

Yes they can be raided by the DEA. State board of pharmacy has sent a couple of memos stating pharmacies shouldn’t have cbd products inside their stores.

Cops in Lafayette have been setting the standard for stupidity for a loooong time. My favorite was the time they arrested a female doctor for speeding when she was on her way to the hospital to an emergency surgery. Arrested her and took her to jail

We need to get legalized recreational THC on the next ballot.
Enough of these foolish, useless laws.

If I ever open another businesses I would make sure I have my businesses affairs together including legality of selling a product.
You go into business to make a profit not throw money into a legal black hole.

If that's the case then I assume this guy is finna get paid....more likely you're either full of shite or he didn't have "true licensed CBD".

We the people cannot do that in Louisiana... not directly at least. The Louisiana constitution has no such thing as signature driven voter referendums like most of the other legal states have. The legislature would either have to put it on the ballot themselves or pass a law themselves, neither of which is happening.

Damn, didn’t know he hadn’t bonded out yet. They did reduce it to down around $95,000 today.
He must’ve told the wrong person to frick off.

This seems like an urban legend ? If she was really a doctor wouldn't they escort her to the hospital, unless she was drunk or just left the scene of a murder with knife in hand ?

There is a bill right now to take it to the ballot:
Token bill - won't even get out of committee. The chair of the House Administration on Criminal Justice is Sherman Mack, a staunch prohibitionist.
In fact in 2015 during the MMJ debates, Mack said from the House Floor:
“This is the first step to legalizing recreational marijuana if you vote for this bill,” said Rep. Sherman Mack, R-Livingston. “Marijuana does not cure anything.”

Thanks Sherm. Why don't we leave it to the professionals to see what ailments marijuana does and does not effectively address (is "cure" the standard dummy??). Now be careful with those oxys or whatever else the frick you take for you neck, back, glaucoma, side effects from chemo, whatever......
