I am a Christian but hate when people say crap like this

LINK

"A Texas woman says her Christian faith gave her the power to redirect a tornado away from her home."

"The EF4 tornado, with wind speeds up to 180 mph, was among nine confirmed tornadoes that swept through the Dallas area, killing 11 people and destroying more than 1,000 buildings."

Sadly, this is why people laugh at Christians. Please God, kill them, not me.

Nailed it.

What's the odds of the DA charger her with murder of 11 people since she "redirected" the storm.

Why didn't she just tell the storm to dissipate altogether?

I heard that interview yesterday morning while driving to work. Didn't know if I was listening to comedy or what.
I really dislike people like her.

She's no different than a damn muslim, with everything being "god's will". If I got the result I wanted? "God's will." If I didn't? "God's will." These fricking people. I include athletes and all others who "give up the glory to god". I truly hate that shite in light of all the misery that exists in the world, that "god" should favor some frivolous "star" over some little kid dying of cancer or starving to death somewhere. It's much more comforting to believe it's all chance than the will of some inscrutable psychopath in the sky, against whom, you have no chance.

No. We don't laugh at you. We feel sorry for you. You have been indoctrinated to follow an illogical doctrine likely from birth. It's hard to see through this because a seed was implanted in your head at a young age. You now have a strong unsubstantiated religious root in your brain.

What this lady is claiming is not any more illogical than what you hear every Sunday in church.

Just terrorism. Murder in the name of religion is just "terrorism" regardless of what denomination.
