If you read the article and what the woman said, the title is very disingenuous. She said " We spoke to the storm and said, ‘Go to unpopulated places.’ It did exactly what we said to do, because God gave us the authority to do that.”
It never said she commanded the storm to go to another neighborhood, insinuating, "others should die instead of us". All that was made up in the title of the article by some lying journalist. Yeah, she is ditzy, but this is more about journalistic integrity than some woman commanding storms.
