Many years ago I had a MUCH older lady at work ask me if I knew the difference between sugar and sweet n low. She kissed me on the cheek and said that's sugar, then without breaking eye contact, dropped to her knees and said "this is sweet and low" As a guy I was really offended, does the OT rating drop into negative numbers?

I thank you ladies on here who gave sincere answers and explanations. I meant no harm whatsoever in asking even though I initially worded my question wrong.
I wasn't trying to be funny, I simply was curious if sexual harassment was as widespread as the media is playing it to be.
I hope I have never offended some lady by saying "you look nice" as I deem it a compliment. Now though, I would probably not do it in fear I might be offending her.

I hate to hijack the thread but I just thought of pissing a woman off one time at work.
She was a guest and was working there for about a week, then she would move on. She was a fairly attractive East Asian woman, not smoking hot, but not ugly.
We were chatting one day and I asked, So where are you from? She kind of got a sour look on her face and asked me if I was asking her about her heritage. I said No. When you go home after coming out on a trip like this and park your car in your driveway, what city would that driveway be in?
I am still unsure why but she scowled at me the rest of her trip.

how’d you know? about 6 months till she got a serious bf and moved away. She was smart as hell, taught me how to negotiate salary/benefits and navigate bureaucracy.

In college I worked at a restaurant where the bartender hit on every movan that came in but it was not sexual harassment.
