Not delving into the deep end of this question, but at work, weekly maybe? In particular there is a man who I see regularly who is some big wig board member and stands behind me while I'm at my computer and rubs my shoulders. If you're looking for behaviors to avoid, I would suggest putting that one on the list.

This has gotten totally out of control. If you LOOK at a woman wrong you could get popped by her and HR without any proof. Glad I'm retiring at the end of the year.

Actually I'm not. I've never complained about someone making inappropriate comments at work. I've had male coworkers complement me and I smiled and said thank you(coworkers I've worked with for several years so I considered them friends).
I just also understand appropriate behavior in the workplace.

The exact example you gave ("You look nice today") is considered to be sexual harassment by some people. I literally just googled it and multiple articles pop up about that EXACT statement being sexual harassment. So, I guess you, me, and the OP are all lacking in common sense?
