Well that’s weird!
It would make sense that the judge would tell the families not be talking to or gesturing towards Karen. I bet Paul did that and told him to change seats.

there are rumors that the O'Keefe family had some body repairs done to Officer John O'Keefe's cop car. The implication is that a dent was removed around the area that Karen Read's vehicle would have contacted the cop car.
This has to be an internet rumor because I have been following this case since Karen got arrested. There was never a mention of this. The tow truck driver and the Dighton cop never mentioned this. Both of them even stated there was only a cracked taillight which aligns with John’s door camera that shows her bumping John’s car as she was leaving the next morning to go look for John.

So crazy that they are hell bent on prosecuting KR with all of this mounting evidence of tampering with the crime scene / covering up the crime. Interesting hill to die on.

The Norfolk County DA’s office has already proven to be corrupt but aside from that, the Alberts are a Canton family of law enforcement/select board members. The DA is protecting the Alberts. Also, I 100% believe that DA’s office is insisting on trying Karen as many times that it takes because they are pissed off she didn’t take the first plea deal they offered her.
They offered her a lesser than Murder2. She said she’s not pleading to something she didn’t do. So that pissed them off and then upped the charges to Murder2.
There is no way in heck they believe they can find 12 people to convict her of murder, so this is 100% to ruin her financially.

If you are able to follow the Honorable attorney (not what he calls himself, it’s just how I always address him) Mark Bederow on X, he will post about key moments in the trial each day. He’s probably the most unbiased attorney I have ever followed. He believes Karen is innocent but he has always said that he is neither pro Karen or against Karen, he is always on the side of truth.

I thought it was hilarious that Dr. Wolfe (ARCCA expert) admitted in open court that the Feds were watching the trials and were giving him information in the 1st trial. So for all of the people that say Karen is guilty, I say there is no way the DoJ would be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars and all of these hours on this case if they thought Karen was guilty.

The process is the punishment.

Was the car that she backed into his cop car? That’s something I should definitely know I just assumed it was his personal.

Yes it is an internet rumor since i said it was a rumor. Which implied it didn't come from trial.
Why would the Dighton Cop or tow truck driver ever mention damage to OJO's cop car? Did you interpret my post to be in reference to repairs to KR's Lexus?

The KarenReadTrial subreddit has made numerous mentions about Jen McCabe's heart rate being 60bpm throughout the night.
-I'm assuming this came from an Apple Watch, or some other type of "smart" watch. Was this used in the first trial?
-Do we have heart rate data from anybody else in the house, as well as Karen? I seem to recall something about Brian Albert saying something about banging his wife, and I'm guessing that was to explain some sort of spike in HR?
TIA

My apologies! Now that I am off of Adderall, my brain has trouble keeping everything straight. I read and thought two different things.
Karl Dugal, along with his wife and brother, took John's car to get it repaired to repair damage caused by Karen's Lexus. If it was his BPD car, BPD would have taken it.

What do you mean @ the DOJ? DOJ isn't prosecuting this it's the local DA. I think it's to ensure a conviction which they still won't get
So all of this wasted money for naught.

The DOJ was investigating what happened. They were asking the defense for their evidence and whatever the Commonwealth had given them. They are who hired ARCCA so I'm sure that is what he meant.

Ok I thought perhaps I missed something such as a concerted effort BY DOJ to hammer her

I’m not talking about the DA’s prosecution, I’m referring to the DoJ hiring ARCCA to investigate this case. They not only paid ARCCA to investigate it, but they are watching the trials and giving ARCCA information during them. If the DoJ thought Karen was guilty, I really don’t think they would be doing this.

WTF is with all the sidebars (aka sidebahs)???? I don't watch a lot of trials, but for the few that I've watched I don't recall this many side conversations between the judge and the attorneys.
