There is no rehabbing this guy. He's completely cooked, hands shaking, face flushed. He looks like a total liar being publicly shamed.

Insane own-goal by Brennan putting this guy on the stand and not even addressing his education credentials.

So Jackson had Coach O's illegitimate Ukrainian kid read the texts
1) to start laying the foundation for the 3rd party
2) because he knew block head would take several hours to do so, and he could run out the clock for the weekend
Not sure if it was worse listening to Higgins do it or Yuri, but I'm sure the jury was on the edges of their seats.

The KarenReadTrial subreddit has made numerous mentions about Jen McCabe's heart rate being 60bpm throughout the night.
-I'm assuming this came from an Apple Watch, or some other type of "smart" watch. Was this used in the first trial?
-Do we have heart rate data from anybody else in the house, as well as Karen? I seem to recall something about Brian Albert saying something about banging his wife, and I'm guessing that was to explain some sort of spike in HR?
TIA

Ran 70s Big late 2024. That was a whale, if you're into hypertrophy and a shitload of volume on compound movements.
Finished Fillin' Out The Hoodie Pt 2 in early April. The leg work is only on Wednesdays and is 5 sets of squats - that's it, so I decided to run Squatober 2024 directly after. Today is day 10, and I feel pretty good outside of a biting right hip.
Not sure what I want to run after, looking for recommendations. Pool Season 2 is at the top of my list, for obvious reasons.
