But the drop in temp when plotted against time is not a constant. So the phone seems to be in varying temps (i.e. the phone was not in the same place from 12:30am until 6:00am).

I got a call as this was being discussed but didn't the temperature start increasing around 6am? So yes, that leads us to believe the phone wasn't stationary.

I got to watch about 10 mins today and they were talking about the temperature and how accurate the reading would be, etc.

When the expert said he didn't know what the temperature was in the freezer when he did his test I was shocked. Then he said he didn't think it was important to know what the temperature was in Canton was the night of his death and I was even more shocked.

There also seemed to be an error on his table that listed his findings. He had one record listed as -5C and 33F. That is what lead to him saying he didn't know what the Fahrenheit freezing temp is. Alessi said is was just above freezing and Whiffen said no its below freezing. Wish Alessi would have picked up on that error on in the table.

So, Jen said something about her husband telling her they should not be out driving with a broken tail light. How could he know there was such a condition at that time?

Agree! Stark difference in how the ARCCA experts conduct their tests and this guy.
At midnight, it was 30 degrees, light snow, 1 mile visibility. 6am it was 24 degrees, light snow. The ground accumulation was approximately 3” at most. Heavy snow and less visibility didn’t come until 8:20am.
As small as that front yard is, someone should have seen a body when they left the house.

Jen just said there was a “car repair man” at the O’Keefe house the day after the incident.

Not sure what just happened in court. Everyone but attorneys and family were ordered to leave the courtroom and Paul O’ Keefe was in the DA’s office.
They are now back in session.
Update: Only thing different is Paul O’Keefe has changed seats and no longer sitting directly across from Karen. I wonder if he said something to her? David Yannetti is always trying to block him from Karen’s view. I appreciate his efforts.

there are rumors that the O'Keefe family had some body repairs done to Officer John O'Keefe's cop car. The implication is that a dent was removed around the area that Karen Read's vehicle would have contacted the cop car.
Very interested admission from Jen.
