From what I hear, it doesn’t happen with the other judges in that county courthouse. What I don’t know, is if it happens with all of judge cannone’s cases or just this one. It would be interesting to know.

There is no way in heck they believe they can find 12 people to convict her of murder, so this is 100% to ruin her financially.
The process is the punishment.
When she is exonerated, her book deal will be in the $3-5 million range.
I don't know how charismatic she is. But if she is a decent public speaker then I'm guessing she will garner between $10k and $25k per event.
She'll be fielding movie deals, podcasts, seminars, etc. She will become the poster child for police corruption and prosecutor misconduct. And a very wealthy woman.

Attorneys take these really high profile cases pro bono. The media attention makes/keeps them famous. I just watched one documentary where an attorney wanted to pay the client to be his criminal defense attorney

The home had been in the Albert family for generations. After they kill John downstairs:
they re-home Chloe the German shepherd they had 7 yrs;
they remodel the basement;
they sell their house for $50k less than market value.
The FBI has a piece of drywall that was removed from the house and Karen’s cousin told me the new homeowners let Karen get the basement floor rug that was still in the house. Karen had it stored in a climate controlled building somewhere.

She was an adjunct professor at Bentley College as well as a financial analyst. The interviews she did with Boston25’s Ted Daniels, I think showed she would do fine speaking in public, especially being a professor. Several of her co-workers have donated a substantial part of her defense funds.

I have a feeling that the jury will be wondering why Jackson was hitting Jen with the questioning about the dog being in the house. The questioning will probably make sense after they see the picture of John's arm if they don't remember the picture from the opening.

Common sense can only lead you to one conclusion imo.

Looks like Paul O’Keefe may have actually done something this morning that forced the court to move his seating position. He has sat front row first seat the entire first trial, second trial, and every hearing. Now he is seated on yhe second row.

Absolutely! Brian Higgins puts his cell phone and SIM card in separate sacks and discards them into a military base dumpster miles away.
That’s what I do every time my phone is due an upgrade!

Reporter that was able to get in courtroom today said that Paul was either glaring at Karen or making facial expressions at her. Judge told all family members present that it is not allowed and to not do it in the future.
Interesting because she let the Alberts stare Karen down during closing of first trial, enough to where a jury member said they were intimidated by them.

All of these things mentioned were proven in the first trial and will be in the second, I have yet to see any type of prominent media say “ hey wait a minute, none of this shite adds up! Maybe these people are lying and might have actually had something to to with OJO’s death!”

Per the Honorable Mark Bederow today:
“The judge will allow the ARCCA witnesses to testify about everything because the constitution compels that. But not until Brennan makes a mockery of a defendant's right to due process by trying to exclude them from saying anything. And the judge can't resist expressing sympathy for Brennan's predicament and then accuses the defense of engaging in nonsense. All in front of an international and national audience. There is NOTHING normal about this case. One final observation: Brennan is going to fall into the trap and go psycho on ARCCA, which would be a colossal blunder. He ought to worry about his own expert who has fixed the time of an incapacitating car accident as occurring before John stopped using the phone.”

I do feel the number of people that believe Karen is innocent is growing. I’m not sure how much time “prominent media” has invested in following the trial.
Like Mark Bederow said, news stations cover so many newsworthy stories every day. How much time are they devoting to Karen’s trial to know the facts of her case? They just have a reporter hit the highlights each day and they themselves are probably just following it through social media.
Mark’s opinion is that if we ignore everything else and just trust the science, it’s easy to see that John O’Keefe was not hit by a car.

Here’s a 15 minute video of two retired NYPD detectives that follow Karen’s case. They seem like stand up guys to me, I have followed them for a couple years.
