The argument should've been in open court IMO. That was shady she didn't allow it to be discussed publicly.

Bev has to admit the CW case was crap and give credit where credit is due that the defense presented one hellova case.

What do yall think? We will have something today?

Anyone think that the longer it takes isn't favorable for KR?

The shorter the verdict takes the better for KR. IMO and early verdict means not guilty. The longer it takes it could be anything from hung jury to not guilty to guilty of something.

This is gonna be another hung jury. They should have already come out of deliberation with a not guilty.

If that's the case then they have to have another trial?

Nothing, but it seems that corruption goes deep. I don't know how any juror could sit there that whole trial and take more than 5 seconds give a not guilty to KR

I think there is a better case for her this time around than the first trial.. But it all comes down to what the jury thinks and who on the jury influences the others and what they think.

Only thing I can think of is her clips of interviews... And I don't think they were that damaging.

They could be hung up on a lesser included like the DUI.

either way it goes, I hope the jurors give some interviews. Can't wait to see/hear what they thought was the most powerful testimony and what information swayed their decisions. And what they thought of AJ and HB.

She's not charged with DUI.

However, one thing that is rather perplexing:

KR is charged with 2nd degree murder which entails intent
&
Manslaughter while under the influence which only requires her to be negligent due to reckless operation

I'm not a fan at all of overcharging. It was the state's duty to prove how he died and that she caused his death; not "well, we're unsure so we'll charge her with competing theories" How that is even legal is mindboggling as they are two completely conflicting charges

She really stepped in it with these guys. They threw the whole book at her.
