All I know is I’m going to need a hobby once this shite is over. Got way more invested than I thought

Wut? What would the reasoning be behind that? So they convict her on something minor?

Bryan Kohberger’s Idaho college murders trial will be live steamed in August. I’m clearing my calendar car for that whole month. Will get me through until LSU football.

that is probably it. Based on commentary from jurors in the first trial they were hung up on the 2nd charge that included the OUI.
They could be thinking that if they got hung on that because someone wants to convict her of something there is a stand alone OUI charge that is a misdemeanor, and she is able to whip her hands of this shame to move on with her life.
Based on listening to some lawyers speaking about how this works this decision had to come from Karen.

well its 4pm their time... Will they shut down at 5?

Not a fan of horse trading because you might not like her. Seems counterproductive to me if your quest is the truth.

Court TV is addicting. You can't believe what you are watching and then it just gets better.

They got proof beyond belief. I’m gonna be tuned in cause it will likely be a prosecution slaughter where the defense puts up so much absurd shite, it’s gonna be crazy.
I am hopeful we get down to the true motive behind all of it. Not speculation like what’s out there, but true motive.
Like, did the dude just watch “A perfect Murder” and thought he could pull that shite off with completely random people? Why would he turn his cell phone off and on like that, giving more evidence that he was fricking around at 3am.

I'll be keeping an eye on that one too, mainly because I'm interested in how stupid he seemed to be, considering he was a PhD Criminology major he certainly made a ton of missteps. Turning his phone off/on, his car on camera numerous times in the area, getting spotted by the roommates, leaving behind the sheath, etc etc.
The other question I want to know is there was profiles on reddit and Facebook groups posting details of the crime that no one knew, that vanished upon his arrest and it was always rumored he was posting details online. I want to know if he really was that stupid, I hope they go over that.

That was one of my favorite threads on this board. Going to be a great trial to watch

I was listening to a live stream about this trial earlier. They asked a great question. What was in John’s right hand? Was it a glass or a cell phone?

This is when KR got to look at the verdict sheet.
Posted on 6/16/25 at 8:12 pm to OweO
The verdict sheet looks confusing but it actually follows MA law. In MA, if there are lesser included charges (as we have here), the jury can only find guilty of a specific count or the lesser included charge therein, of not guilty of the main count and all lesser included charges. They are not allowed to say she is not guilty of the main charge in count two and then hang on a lesser included. That situation os where the verdict form would be lacking, but since they cannot legally do that, the form is fine.
The info about MA law came from Andrea Burkhart on YouTube.

Did he have any cuts or abrasions on the inner hand?

I'm not super smart, but I read this and I'm still thoroughly confused. I hope the jury is smarter than I am!
