Hank: "Is that funny?"

What a fricking a-hole.

Bev sustained the objection on that one. I'm surprised she didn't say "Answer the question, please."

Ask it a different way, Hanky. Remember I told you that last night when we were at happy hour.

Personally, I don't think it would help and calling Higgins and Alberts only runs a risk to the defense. "OJO was our friend and can't believe this woman would hit him with her car!". And we both know Bev would allow 100% of that garbage.

On a side note, Hank is getting his arse handed to him.

You can feel Brennan sending his case is crumbling by the pettiness in this cross

Just wondering if yall think it would be beneficial at all to have called the homeowners

They did last trial and it confused the jury that they had to pick a side. This time they mainly proved that he wasn't struck by a vehicle.

The CW clearly hired experts that would tell them what they wanted to hear and forced fake science to justify it.

This is pretty common across the country. Most of these "experts" retire when they get totally discredited.

It's ridiculous that the judge is allowing Hank to ask the same question over and over again. He's trying hard to discredit the witness, but he's looking badly in my opinion. The witness is good and sticking to his guns.

He's been so bad that Bev is sustaining defense objections.

Give it a rest, Hank. Walk away with what little is left of your dignity at this point.

If this is the last witness and they finish with him today, do they start closing arguments right away? Or do they wait until tomorrow to do closings and then send the jury to deliberate?

Proctor is the only person that I would have 100% called if I were the defense. With him I think it would only help their case and be virtually no risk. I'm torn on Higgins because as you stated, he could be a sympathetic figure but you are also leaving out some sketchy stuff like destroying his phone on a military base, butt dials, etc. But I trust the defense knows what they are doing.

does hank have a humiliation fetish?

The defense experts keep humiliating him on cross over and over and he keeps going back for more.

I'm thinking that not calling Proctor goes along with the rest of the defense strategy of there was no pedestrian strike. Proctor does nothing for them when it comes to showing that there was not a pedestrian strike.

If they were to call Proctor that would lead to them getting into the possible cover up, and they are steering clear presenting the cover up to the jury.

And I want to tell the jury, over and over, that the lead investigator was not called by the prosecution. Was the fact that he was fired brought out in any way?

From what I remember, it was only brought up in answers "favorable" to the CW. He was fired for the emails disparaging KR but NOT for planting evidence.
