No joke. This was a wise move putting this guy toward the end.
ETA: Would it kill CourtTV to do a split screen for a change? We miss 3/4 of the slides when they opt to not show it.

This is a great last witness for the defense

You’d think John’s mom would start questioning things at this point. There will be no justice for her son.

It’s obvious what side hired legit experts and what side hired wannabes, and the experts cost way less. This is proper expert testimony. Can’t wait for Brennan to ask him hard hitting cross examination questions like who drove him to the courthouse.

The CW clearly hired experts that would tell them what they wanted to hear and forced fake science to justify it.

Agree. What impresses me so much, especially with Wolfe, Russell and Laposata, they are experts that didn’t get rattled by Brennan. No matter how many times Brennan says John was hit by Karen’s vehicle they all say the science says otherwise. They aren’t hostile like so many of the CW’s witnesses.
Hilarious that Aperture (The Temu of experts) charged $400k for an elementary school project and ARCCA’s bill was $50k.

1. She never has liked Karen
2. Too much pride to admit she’s wrong for siding with the CW’s theories.

The Lexus didn't hit OJO, so it doesn't matter, Hank.
Remember when Dr. L told you that yesterday, bud?
The world remembers and knows you are a clown. Honk honk, Hanky.

Great start for Brennan, asking the expert about a ham sandwich he ate in the past. Glad we are getting to the hard hitting issues

How much does this trial cost for defense? This trial has gone on forever.

Oh shite....he ate a ham sandwich!!!!!!!!

A year ago, this guy ate a ham sandwich at an event that other people attended.

What was the context of this being brought up?
Posted on 6/11/25 at 11:30 am to jchamil
He’s trying to make it sound like they are in cahoots with the defense. Although AJ made it clear they were paid for by another company he wants it to sound like ARCAA is in bed with the defense

I'm curious as well.
I've sort of followed this thread but haven't watched until about the last 45 minutes. Seems like this defense expert has sealed the deal that he wasn't hit by a car from what I saw on direct.
The objections favoring the prosecution and the sidebars are unreal. Seems this judge is a very biased joke who should be reported to the judiciary.

I just took a Xanax so I can control my nerves listening to this shite from prosecution and Judge.

Last two have actually. Lady Dr. yesterday was great as well.

I see their strategy is heavy on the fact that evidence points to him not being hit by a car thus, innocent in all accounts.
Just wondering if yall think it would be beneficial at all to have called the homeowners (who have moved, rehomed a dog) or Higgins (who dumped a phone on a military base) on the stand to solidify doubt? I know they aren’t but wondering why they didn’t think it would be a good move. I understand not calling proctor as we have already established he’s a POS.
