Got my wings clipped about 2months ago.
Two options were on table. In office under local or Same-Day surgery while asleep. Insurance covered both 100% so I went the sleepy route.
pain meds and ice packs for 4 days playing video games.
Went to work on Day 5, would recommend you take a week if you have the time. Pants made things uncomfortable
You will never hold your peen as delicately as you will the first time after a vasectomy
Had to submit 2 samples at 20 and 30 ejacualtions in order to be certified clear. Had a vacation planned so I hit my targets in 3 weeks
Still slightly sore when handling the left nut but otherwise I'm pain-free and spraying wildly

I had mine on a Friday and was back at work Monday with no problems or discomfort. Guess it varies for everyone.

I had mine done on a Friday afternoon by a totally ancient urologist (came highly recommended by my GP who said he had exceptionally steady hands and was the guy who did his)
worst part was the first needle, after that, no problem, just laid down with my frozen peas and took it easy for the weekend....didn't even have to take painkillers, just some tylenol...
just wish my prostctemony would have gone that well!!!!!

Worst part for me was trying not to have dirty thoughts about the hot nurse that prepped my junk. Damn porn movies have warped me.

Ummm pretty sure you are supposed to wait alot longer than that. My instructions stated no sex for 6 weeks, and then once I submitted my first sample, I had to wait 2-3 more weeks before I could submit another sample.
Also had to make sure the samples were done within 6 days of last ejaculation and not sooner than 24 hours from discharge. Id be saying some prayers if I were you.

Great!! Dr. Amy did an excellent job. No swelling and no pain whatsoever. I think I’m gonna start walking the trail I normally run tomorrow. I’m feeling that good.
