Sure a doctor can give you an estimation but I would rather hear it from men who actually had to recover from one dummy.

Keep those nuggets frozen the entire weekend. Swap those bags of peas every 4 hours. Stay off your feet except to go to the bathroom or kitchen to eat. Come Monday you’ll be good to go. If you don’t take it easy you’ll be struggling through next weekend.
