Of course; that's reasonable.

And then you go from reasonable to one of the most ridiculous comments I've read on here in sometime. And that's saying a lot when in the middle of Trumpmania.

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. -- Retired Air Force Col. Ed Hubbard says he holds no hate for "Fidel, the Cuban government agent who viciously tortured him and 17 other US prisoners of war in North Vietnam three decades ago.

Almost daily for one year, the man the POWs nicknamed Fidel whipped them with strips cut from rubber tires until their buttocks "hung in shreds, and trussed them in ropes and wires to tear at limbs and cut into flesh. Fidel was one of three Cubans sent to North Vietnam by Havana to deal with American POWs, in what became known as the Cuba Program.

He whipped and kicked one POW so fiercely in 1968 that the American went into a catatonic state and later died, in what a new book on US POWs in Vietnam calls "one of the most heinous and tragic atrocity cases.

Hubbard himself was beaten so brutally by "Fidel" during one 1967 interrogation session that fellow POW Jack Bomar recalled finding him afterward unconscious on a cell floor, "a bleeding, broken, bruised mass.

Hey man, Americans splashed water in peoples faces.

Literally every poor person in Louisiana.
We have the charity hospital system, TOPS, section 8, and umpteen million different other entitlement programs.

Every Louisiana citizen is capable of living and going to school completely on the public dime.

Louisiana taxpayers make Hillary Clinton's "schlonging" look like a Kibbutz.

It's a real shame that poor Isabelle is stuck in the US when she could be living the good life in Cuba every day. I wonder why that came to pass? What idiot thought it would be a good idea to come to the US and leave all that wonderful government assistance behind?

That being said, I'd still like to go to Cuba someday after the people get a spine and overthrow the government.

I was stationed at the US Navy hospital in GITMO during the early 90's, and I have seen first hand what the Castro regime is all about. Haiti was going thru a a civil war at the time, and about 15000 refugees were picked up at sea and brought to Gitmo. Castro, seeing an opportunity to amplify the problem, allowed Cuban nationals to leave on their make-shift boats and rafts. We picked up about another 15000 Cubans! The perimeter of the base is surrounded by anti-personnel mines on the Cuban side, and anti-tank on the US side. It was a fairly common occurrence to have Cubans attempting to navigate the minefield to escape the wonderful government of Castro. I'm talking families, women and children. Some would try to swim from the communist side to us. Wasn't uncommon to find a "floater", in the Bay. Yep, those Cubans have it made there.

So you're a leech, and an ignorant one at that. Tell us more about a government which takes care of its people (the people who don't have running water unless they're in a major city, with the people who have water service not being able to drink it.) But hey, at least maternity leave means you can die slowly at home instead of while at work.

People like her is why Hillary has a chance of winning. Instead of working hard and making your own she wants the American Dream handed to her.

I am living proof the American Dream is still alve. I went from the projects to a comfortable retirement through hard work and sweat.

Hard to beat a real cuban Cohiba. Must admit though that I have had a Zino platinum stretch that was damn good and every bit as good, if not better than, the Cuban.

A lot of people don't realize that the people that made Cubans famous fled. Not that Cubans aren't still good. The ones the Cuban Symphonic Orchestra gave me were damn good. And is someone in this thread really saying Communism works? All governments eventually fail and Communism is one of the quickest to fall. Plenty of evidence of that.
