More likely used the same template. Not that big of a deal when you have hundreds of social justice types trying to shut down the interstate. Last of my worries for a report to have wrong date and time.

That being said, if someone had gotten run over, they would be suing the police for allowing them to stand in the road.
Like I said before, the police were in a shitty no-win situation but fricking up the paperwork thing was stupid.

Small price to pay for not letting Baton Rouge burn like Baltimore and become a national embarrassment.
BRPD wrote the book on dealing with civil unrest last year. Period.
And while the protestors may have beat the charge and got a little change in their pockets, they didn't beat the ride. From my end of things, it is still a win.

BRPD was in the wrong. Speaks volumes that they cannot do paperwork correctly. Not to mention illegal detentions and false imprisonment. Mang of those arrests were made on private property, property which the protestors were allowed to be on!

Let me get this straight... You think if you break the law, but run onto private property you are absolved from being arrested on said property?
These awards are because the I's weren't dotted and T's weren't crossed. It had zero to do with whether they should have been detained or not.
