I’m 63. It doesn’t matter how strong you are or how great your cardio is; when you are past about 55 your reflexes are greatly diminished, and a young man can punch you in the face before your arms start to respond.
I do weekend projects with my son, who is in his mid-30s, and I’m constantly amazed at the difference in our agility and reflexes.

He was quick on his feet. Ask the Oklahoma team that had to deal with him in the Cotton Bowl whenever it was. And when he got Kyle Swope or Mike Evans open, he could toss it down the field with the best of them. I loved watching the guy play and miss the fact that A&M hasn't come close to that talent since.
