Just because you have money doesn't mean you will pass up easy money.

Well Jamie Foxx is doing one for a sports MGM app!
Posted on 12/8/20 at 11:16 pm to Jim Rockford
What did that take him? 15 minutes?

They show those gambling ads up here 24/7. A bunch of well known actors do them. Off the top of my head, Jamie Foxx and Aaron Paul also have commercials out.

I saw Bruce Willis on some ad here for an animated children's movie and Tommy Lee Jones is doing coffee.
It probably takes very little time and pays decently

John Goodman has been on TV (whether its movies or tv shows) consistently since 1983.
He isn't caught up in Hollywood.
He currently has The Conners with a steady stream coming in, Rosanne plays on TV so he gets paid every time they play an episode he is in (which is pretty much all of them and although its not a lot per episode it still brings in money).
The companies pay to get noticable faces on their product. I would say he is the opposite of hurting for money.
Now if he was doing a commercial for a local carwash or something, that would be a different story.

Anna Kendrick is now in a potato chip commercial.
Brie Larson (actual academy award winner) sells Nissans.
They may be paying the bills, but Hollywood is struggling with cash flow since movies and film were shut down due to Covid.

Remind us, how did he do when he tried his hand in the NFL?
