Job Offer

So I was interviewing with this company, not going to mention name, but they are a roughly $6 Billion company.
Went through one off their internal recruiters and had an initial 30 minute phone interview with the hiring VP and 1 hour call with a “peer”.
Next thing I know I get a call from the internal recruiter on friday offering me the job.
Job is located in Another state and would require relocation, he initially asks me if I am willing to relocate on my own dime - big red flag.
So I was shocked by not getting a chance to visit in person (would never take a job without it), and then ask if I’ll spend my own money to relocate - finally said his company will only pay $15k in relocation expenses.
Constantly trying to get me down from my minimum salary requirements.
I told them politely that I’m not interested and the entire process is unprofessional.

That's a very healthy relocation allowance if you aren't upper level management.
Nice Im trying to brag thread though.

Does this company start with a C?

I work for a company worth over $10B.
Everyone in management or with a little bit of authority gets off on nickel and diming people. It’s not about relationships and people anymore. It’s who can keep expenses at their lowest for today without any regard for future repercussions.

Just stay where you are. Being a Taco Bell manager is the same in one state as it is in the next.

WTF would you need more? You're a fumbass if it was a job you wanted.
Why "in person" do you need them to judge you but your race/appearance?
Here's the deal, you're thinking about taking the job and just want the OT opinion. That's why you wont mention company. But your too much of a push to actually ask advise. Jo mention of current job oay/benefits vs new one.
