Depends on how you are applying. First or second jobs out of college (0-7 years work experience), and you may be pushing applications a lot of places. You may not be able to visit them all, and online searches doesn't always convey the nuances of a community. JMO

Dude...if you cant cover your moving expenses for 15K then your doing something wrong. Hell, when I went to work for a $40B pipeline company about 10 years ago they only gave me enough for a Uhaul. I think they gave me like 4K and I didn't use it all.
