Posted this is the other thread but seemed more applicable here:

LDH spreadsheet only has totals through 9/2 for each Parish.

But from 8/20 through 9/2 the following Parishes were under 5%:

Bienville
DeSoto
East Carroll
Grant
Jeff Davis
Orleans
Ouachita
Plaquemines
Sabine
St John the Baptist

Again, that data is a week old but it's the most recent I could find

He said no more than 250 people at an outside event? Does this apply to LSU football?

So restaurants that have been open later than 10pm previously now have to stop serving alcohol by 10pm?

This is considerably more restrictive than phase 2. Is anyone calling him on this?

Can't believe this clown is taking credit for going to phase 3 when it's so much more restrictive than phase 2.

He cant give up that power. They are exposing this for the sham that it is... this isn't about public safety, because if it were, they'd focus on murders. This is about retaining power.

Because covid is smart and knows difference between inside/outside, 50/51, loud/quiet, 10pm/10:01pm

He qualified that statement by saying that only applies if you aren't able to be socially distanced

When does the LDH spreadsheet update to show a more current percent positive?

So it makes more sense for bars to keep "serving food" in order to have more people inside, stay open later, etc.

Amazing that Orleans has the best numbers in the state yet it will be "weeks" per Latoya before anything changes
