JBE opening Bars in non covid-19 hot spot parishes, Sept 16

5% rate or lower parishes for 2+ weeks, bars can open, 25% capacity, seated, no more than 50 outside, no loud music allowed, orders just from table, no 18-20 years old allowed

Stop serving at 10pm

Edit: after 10pm

I guess Covid is a nocturnal virus as long as you drink before 10pm you won’t get Covid. After 10pm you are in danger. Don’t drink after 10pm.
