It’s more restrictive than Phase 2.

Explain. I've been busy today and haven't had a chance to read through all of the phase 3 mandates.

Ya'll really think the bars are going to cut off sales at 10 pm? They were already open when they were supposed to be closed.

It's up to the ATC to enforce this bullshite and they wont.

There is no more “forward movement”.

This is how it is until he says otherwise now. Or until the legislature grows some balls and puts their own selfish interests aside. Or until we can successfully recall his arse.

He’s basically stated as much. He’s not even hiding it by nickel-and-diming us anymore.

Bars are open but you can't sit down. Plus the only liquor that can be served is from the well.

Better get used to that Valu-Rite Vodka in shatterproof bottles.

Damn I'm glad MS has a republican governor and we're not doing stupid "phases".

I know. I'm just saying we moved "forward" from phase 2 to phase 3 and there are now restrictions in place that weren't there before. I'm not the smartest guy, but I was under the impression that new, additional restrictions wouldn't happen as we moved phases

As well as completely irrelevant ones like 10 pm last calls in restaurants.

But he’s done hiding behind the “phases”.

Which is so damn strange because all the bars by me that are supposed to be operating as a restaurant are supposed to make people be seated.
Of course that's not really being followed all that well.

The only way to properly protest this would be to throw a drinking party on the capital lawn every night starting at 10 pm. Include loud music since that is banned too.

This is beyond fricking stupid. So sitting at my table at a restaurant, I can’t have a beer at 10:05pm? Why the frick not?

The way it's phrased, from what I've seen, is no alcohol "served" after 10pm. So I don't think giving it away gets around this.

Although, I'm sure that will be changed for casinos shortly.

He placed curfews on places that used to not have any while only increasing capacity by 25% only if they can do so with social distancing adhered too, so basically not at all
