Do felonies really matter to people with that much money? As the dad, I would agree to drop the charges in exchange for being allowed to beat their asses to a pulp without catching a charge for myself. People like that just need a good old-fashioned arse kicking.

Just because the guy could get a large punishment doesn’t mean it’s the incorrect charge. He will likely plea down but even in a trial won’t get 5
