Not specifically, although it has been reported that he had an ISIS flag with him. I assume that is what’s wrapped up on the back of the truck. As of this point, though, no one has said for sure.

BREAKING: Las Vegas police just labeled the Cybertruck explosion outside Trump Tower as an active crime scene.
This indicates that it could've been a coordinated attack.

I feel if it were a planned multi-event op, orchestrated by multiple people, then all of the targets would've already been attacked...as I would suspect time would be the ultimate enemy for those wishing to carry out such an attack.

As I posted, if it turns out this guy is tied to ISIS or some other terrorist group, they're taught to fully assimilate and live normal lives. If you're already here and being radicalized, the message is the same. Fly under the radar until Allah calls you home.
