But seriously, if Israel can singlehandedly topple Iran from the top down and cripple their ability to produce nuclear weapons for the foreseeable future more power to them. As long as we don't get involved I hope they succeed beyond our expectations
Maybe it'll make everyone else in the region think twice about sponsoring terrorism in the future...

Anone that's read unbiased reporting for the past 10 years...
Israel, after their own 9/11, reduced Hamas' leadership to whatever Uber driver they could find. They were dragging cellphones on string and probably still are.
Iraq has been fighting using proxies for years; that ship started taking on water when Russia got busy with Ukraine, among other things.
Israel is telegraphing what they are going to do to Iraq and Iraq can't do shite about it, except lauch a few rockets of which 95% will never hit a target.
I can't belive the majority of this board held Iran's military in such high regard.
Do you think Israel would've done this unless they were very confident about their assessment of Iran's military strength?

I think that is an excellent summary.
All of these things will happen, as well as significant disruption of their economic engine. The obvious hope is thst spawns even more civil unrest.
Israel is doing the same thing to them that they did to Hamas and they will be just as successful.
You guys shouldn't belive every half-witted embedded tweet from suspect sources, yet it appears most of the board does.

a little game I like to play is to guess if a poster spends the majority of their time posting on the PT board based on their stupid takes on other boards. My hit rate is just a bit less than iron dome intercept rates.

Will Russia continue to supply Iran with 300 series SAMs? Or have so many been destroyed by Israel and Ukraine that they don't have any left to give?
Will Iran keep supplying Russia with ballistic missiles and drones? Or will Iran have to cut Russia off to focus on Israel?
I recall that Russia and Iran signed a strong military assistance pact back in January. Such strong allies, I assume Russia will come help Iran in its war against Israel. Can Russia spare the men and equipment? It's not considering breaking its obligation to help its big ally?
