This is going to be a tougher fight than WW2. We had numbers in WW2. We do not this time. Yeah, the West has more countries, but not more people.
at those two countries working together for any real length of time. Also, Russia can't even roll Ukraine. Now I personally don't think they are trying all that hard, but they also aren't going out of their way to avoid civilians either.

That’s been SOP for a while. And he benefits everyone to defend Israel because if they start taking a shite ton of casualties, especially civilian casualties, they’ll definitely escalate the war. Maybe even go nuclear.

Iran and NK are a joke. NK can’t even afford to feed its troops properly. Russia’s military is not as powerful as once thought. It’s really only China and they have zero war experience including among their leadership. The worst part about that hypothetical is everyone has nukes

This isn’t the region that will set off WW3.
That is the South China Sea.
The only way this could set off something of that magnitude would be if one of these ME states actually uses a nuke against a major power (USA, China, Russia), which isn’t likely at this point.
The focal point of any WW3 type situation will likely be Taiwan.
Middle Eastern dustups make headlines, but will remain regional.
This is all my opinion though. Take it with a pound of salt.
