Israel has nukes, won't admit it publicly, are given complete immunity from all International Nuclear weapons treaties so why would a 5,000 year old society commit suicide all of a sudden by nuking Israel.
Look what happened in Libya, Gaddofi gave up his weapons and he got a pole up his arse by a insurrection funded by the same people who pressured him to give them up. That was a real wise precedent
