He is obviously special, man. Many people have said that.
There is nothing that makes me angrier or more sad than when people frick with the mentally handicapped. They can't help the way they were born, and they have such joy over simple things, despite undergoing usually years and years of bullying and abuse from people. Its one of the only things that makes me want to cry.
Maybe he's fricking around but I seriously doubt it based on that pictures. It seems very obvious he is mentally challenged. Just be kind to him.

His room looks like a kid's room. I'd say there's a decent chance he's got some sort of mental handicap.
Give him some positive feedback. If he's really handicapped, you could be making his day or even week just by making a couple of nice FB comments about his hobby.

I just lurk seeing as our train set is exactly like his. I damn sure wouldn't put on the conducter hat and post pics of myself there.
But take away the hat and shirt button to the top and I wouldn't think he was special if I passed him on the street.

If you want to confirm, I'd enlarge the picture to view the actual photographs on the wall. If they just contain him and/or other adults with no children, I'd guess it's genuine.
However, without any of that, I'm in the group saying this is genuine.

Like others have said, he seems to be special. I'm all for giving regular people that do odd things a hard time but I definitely draw the line when it comes to people that are not all there. I have a soft spot for special needs and now you seem like a jackass.
