We are spending less. Still trying to eat out a couple of times a week to support businesses, but not a lot else.

Yep. Probably a thousand a month. Especially now that amazon is not shipping non-essentials.

She still wanted 300/ mo from us for not sending our kid at all. It's a decent discount but my wife's a teacher and off work til August most probably so we just withdrew him and keeping our money. We were already eyeballing a change soon.

2 or 3 hundred just not going to work; gas, tolls, lunch, etc.

I WFH all of the time and realized savings years ago.
Wife started working from home and gas and food expenses have dropped.

Getting cabin fever is no fun.

Somehow we have spent $800.00 + in the past 10 days at Walmart/Tom Thumb and Kroger.

Everyone is bored so they sit around and eat all day

I’m saving at least 300 a month because my wife and daughter can’t go to Hobby Lobby and Micheals.

I'm saving just because we didn't go out and eat/drink the past two weeks. We've ordered local a few times but that is much cheaper since we didn't get drinks or appetizers. Haven't been to a bar in over two weeks so that has saved, my car hasn't moved so I haven't paid for gas.

I’m opposite.

We are pretty frugal, make lunches and dinner at home and only eat out or go to movies a couple times a month. Very lucky to have savings, stable pay and little debt, so we’ve been supporting locals restaurants by picking up the last two weeks. Spending a couple hundred more a week than normal! Really glad we don’t do this on a regular basis.

No. Because I have a full fridge but have been getting takeout almost every other day.
