I actually hate the way they look. Wasn’t impressed with the quality in a an almost new QX80 rental I had either.

Would not buy over a Denali or even a Sequoia.

Setting aside looks which are subjective, Infiniti’s are poorly made and don’t age well.

There is a reason they are priced comparably to a Tahoe, they have parts which looks good in the short term but will not last and highly suspect transmissions.

GM products typically don’t have the same initial interior appeal, but the power train is next to bulletproof.

What does this mean to me the driver of the vehicle

It means if the left tire goes up on the curb the right tire stays flat and even, which proves your innocence if you're suspected of a murder you didn't commit.

Just keeping up with the joneses. Ford has had an IRS in the Expedition, for years.

The wife’s Yukon rides just fine, and is a towing beast. Doesn’t float like the Expedition or Infinity. I don’t care the the extra body roll the comes with IRS. I like to feel the bump and move on.

Oh dear, the horror of a plastic dashboard. I require mammoth ivory and petrified redwood for my dashboard.

I prefer the solid axle, GM should tout the solid rear as a benefit since theyre the last fullsize with that tech as far as i know. If it aint broke dont fix it you dummies.

The wife's '08 Tahoe has rear coils.

I knew you had the 80, didn't know you had the other.

Gun to your head, which do you prefer

Because the I can't stand the flobbery wobbly feeling of the GM.

Ps: if they are quieter now, something is terribly wrong with the 80 or GM has massively improved in the last two years.
