Compared to multiple other ritz Carelton’s and 4 seasons neither are a true 5 star. 4 star yes 5 not even close.
Valet takes for every at the Ritz and the rooms needs to be updated. 4 Seasons is newer but not a true 5Star dining is so-so, rooms are very nice, good gym, valet takes a while.

It really pisses me off how city and state leaders have let New Orleans become such a cess! The place has such a unique charm that people used to flock to. The economic wheel there is based on tourism and they have allowed it to become trash. I don't know how it will return to what it was.
