That Hegenburger location is sketchy as shite. We had always stopped there after leaving the airport. Rental car companies are telling people not to fill up for gas on that road either. Keep in mind this is the main road to the airport once you get off the freeway.

Wow.
In N Out is a well run company that doesn't do anything around expansion that isn't very careful or deliberate. Every location they have seems to be insanely busy.
They have locations in massive suburbs and cities; and they typically know how to provide a good product in a safe environment for their employees and patrons. They are pretty close to Chick Fil A in that respect.
Them giving up on a location probably means that location is has some major issues with the neighborhood. I would bet they will keep the property just in case the neighborhood improves later.

How close is this to that Shell Station in Oakland that was discussed last week? I think it's the one that's less than a mile away near the airport.
There is a massive homeless camp and open drug market that cops are just ignoring off Leet drive. The local judges and DA just don't care. There is a Raising Cane's and a Marriott property nearby too that's probably at risk.
