You take a life, you get yours taken away from you. Seems pretty fair to me.

But there is an argument that by killing them you giving them the easier way out, but I don't lose any sleep over someone being killed who killed someone else.

How many billing hours did the state have to pay for?

If such cases were a state thing, with no federal laws affecting state statues, wouldn't that be a way for the people affected to speak, instead of people who have totally different values?

This man’s victim, 34 year old Edwina Marter, was kidnapped solely because she was the wife of a bank executive at Gulf National Bank in Gulfport. She left behind two sons, aged nine and three. Her older son was at catechism class at the time of her kidnapping; the younger was asleep in the home. The murderer posed as a utility worker to gain access to the house, after finding the family’s address in the local phone book. She was slain in DeSoto National Forest, shot once while kneeling. After her death, he attempted to extort her husband for ransom money. I’m sure her children, and her husband if he still survives, will experience thankfulness that their endless ordeal is finally over.

The process is expensive but necessary. Since the 70s necessary? No. 18 months at the most.

In 1991, in an attempt to circumvent seeking a fourth death sentence, Jordan was offered a plea agreement where he would plead guilty to the murder in exchange for a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. That turned out to be an invalid agreement under state law at the time.

Jordan challenged that sentence after learning it wasn't valid, hoping to get a life sentence with the possibility of parole, but after a subsequent sentencing hearing, he was sentenced to death for a fourth time in 1998.

Great job a-hole. You got greedy.

He should have died no later than 77 if convicted to death in 76. Our judicial system is bass-akwards letting these murderers live for decades beyond their conviction date.

Just how much did it cost us, the taxpayers, to keep this asswipe on death row for decades as he reached a ripe old age while his victim never had a chance to find out what their life would have brought them in all those years.

If anyone is looking for sympathy for this clown, look between shite and syphilis in the dictionary, because I have none.

He knew that murdering someone carried a death penalty.

It’s like buying something at the agreed upon price. No transaction ever takes place unless both parties each believe they are getting the better deal.

When someone agrees to the government’s terms. how is that cruel and unusual? He got the deal he was looking for, no?

That lady was taken from her husband and two young sons by this horrible piece of shite. However they kill him is to easy of a punishment for that cowardly cocksucker and pieces of shite like you who think these murderers have "rights".
