I can’t even swim in a bathtub and now I have to go try to travel down a fricking mountain on a snowboard?

Anybody been there?

Just sit in the lodge and get hammered and wait on the real men to return from the slopes. Bonus to you if you line up the Snow Bunnies for their arrival. It’s all good.

There’s much more to life than Bud Light and Copenhagen long cut. This will be a good opportunity for you to realize that.

Well this trip will give you the chance to try cocaine and decent liquor. You’ll be better for it

If there's one thing Mormons love, it's a good drunk southerner yelling obscenities in public. You sound about half way there.

I’ve been. Good park. Especially after they combined with the canyons.

If you’ve never done snow before. Just go ski and have a good time.
Snowboarding is way more fun once you learn. But, it’s hard as shite to learn. You’re gonna get beat up. And fall a lot. And it hurts. You have to want to learn to snowboard.

Newbies can ski pretty quickly and have fun. It’s a lot like rollerblading. And it really doesn’t matter which you do. Any group mix is fun.

Do yourself a favor and rent some skis instead, especially if you never plan on snowboarding again.

Snowboards can take a while to get the hang of, you'll probably be busting your arse the whole trip if it's your first time. Skis are easy, you can get comfortable on them pretty quickly day 1.

Park City >>> Colorado... except for the longer/more expensive flight.

Everything is closer to the airport. (Park City is around 30 min from airport)
Better roads (no traffic)
Better snow.
Ski only resorts (because snowboarders are stupid idiot

Second this. My first time on snow ever, I was going down blues with skis. I took a private lesson first thing that morning which helped.

Snowboarding, it probably took a few days worth before I could go down those same trails. The first couple were NOT fun.

If you do insist on boarding, learn how to fall. Seriously. Unless you want to sprain/ break a wrist or two.

Definitely rent skis instead. If you’re athletic you’ll pick it up in an hour. You’ll be on your arse all day on a snowboard.
