Mental maturity, aka decision processing, is not emotional maturity.
Sex with a woman of 35 for a 15 yr old boy will be less emotionally traumatizing for him than it would be for a 15 year old girl and a 35 yr old man. On average.
As I said earlier, boys are more emotionally calloused than girls. The physical feeling of vulnerability is also less severe for boys. Though not absent when being the one assaulted.

Sexually speaking, one of the "main differences" isn't maturity.
Boys and girls are VERY different when it comes to the psychology of sex.
Would I cheer my 15 year old on? Nope. I would not approve.
But, I don't approve of a lot of shite that I don't expect people to go to jail for.
There isn't a soul out there who doesn't FULLY understand this reality for boys. The SNL skit in this thread is funny as frick precisely because EVERYONE knows that it is just BARELY off of being reality.
