Choose the pronouns "you" and "your" since they are the only pronouns you should expect anyone to use when talking to you. If you aren't participating in the conversation, other people's diction is none of your business.

Maybe they already got hit with a lawsuit and this is their answer.

It's a stupid charade but maybe it's smarter to include pronouns in emails than waste hundreds of man hours in sensitivity seminars every time someone gets offended by a work email using the wrong lingo in a company of thousands

I did quit my job over this and other woke bullshite. Went to a more regional company that gave no fricks about that shite. One of the best things I ever did. We focus on results not genitalia.

I can't speak to financial motivations but even in our dumb culture I haven't heard of lawsuits over not requiring employees to do this and I work adjacent to L&E lawyers all the time.

But companies promoting cultural decline via risk avoidance is precisely why the pro-corporate mindset of many conservatives is misguided.

I'm not gonna be forced to respect someone's opinions that don't respect mine.

I think encouraging pronouns and gay shite is meant to hurt the next generation, not help it. Honestly to me it's a hill worth dying on but I don't have kids yet and don't fault anybody for weighing the risks that come with defiance.
