If you were tasked with attracting young professionals to Baton Rouge, what would you say?

You are trying to convince them of the positives of the Baton Rouge area, against the cities of Beaumont, Birmingham, and Little Rock. Young professionals, aged 22-29, mostly male. Salaries are comparable no matter which city they choose. Legal field.

I’m sorry. I have to believe in what I’m selling and I’m not a believer in Baton Rouge and their leadership

Beaumont sucks, Little Rock sucks, and Birmingham is full of Bama fans.

Tell them that at any time and for any reason, there are hotter girls walking through the quad. Problem solved.

"We're better than Beaumont!"

Always a fresh crop of good looking women in the LSU area, close to NOLA, and those other cities kind of suck.
Otherwise, you aren't gong to have much pull to BRLA.

Sorority girls are just down the street

Why are those the only other options???
Tell them about the loop that Baton Rouge will eventually have.

Sorry it looks like a third world country, lock your doors, carry a weapon but the food is OK.

I wouldn’t take them out of the one-mile radius of tiger stadium and Bocage/town center

Try to convince them that New Orleans is close and worth going to relatively often.
