We should start a branch off thread about the whole confederado thing in Brazil. Has anybody here traveled there and seen that shite? Is it just role playing or is it a safe community that they really like the confederates? I know the history, they are descended from confederates that fled.

What defines a white country then? The majority of people in Colombia and Brazil are not white. Are Mexico and Guatemala white countries too?
