Japan or Singapore are the obvious answers. Uruguay if you wanna live in South America.

The people are friendly.
They gave a unique way of “justice,” where “the family” and more importantly, the elders (chief) still have a ton of influence.
The cost of living is quite reasonable.
English is spoken
The nation is large enough to be relatively stable.
For me, it is far and away the best place to move to.

One more thing, the Maori are the minority group there, and it is quite a small demographic. New Zealand is still quite white.

2. Thailand: Complete freedom and cheap but not lawful.
3. Singapore: Strict laws can travel to Johor Bahru Malaysia for raunchiness and fun and then slip across the bridge back to civilization.
