Barbados
The people are extra friendly and happy, and even the "slum" parts of the island are kept clean and the people are nice. It never feels dangerous to walk anywhere and everyone I continue to meet there are extra polite
ETA - The women are also nice to look at, very few unattractive or fat Barbadian women. I can easily see how Rihanna came from there

Just because a country is Latino/Hispanic doesn't mean it isn't white. Several Latino countries are majority white European:
Argentina
Uruguay
Chile
Costa Rica
Then you have the countries that are mostly native/indigenous/Indian:
Peru
Bolivia
Guatamala
The rest are pretty mixed/Mestizo (Mexico, Colombia, etc.)

Japan easily. if you’re a fan of language, Japanese is far and away the most similar Asian language to English, so it has the smallest learning curve. they’re as capitalist as you’ll find in the region sans SK, and you don’t have to share a border with NK
