I'm guessing New Orleans is the closest spot from Mobile, so probably 10 days or so.

15 minutes in mid-aged man shape --- but that's in a straight line and last 0.2 miles is behind the floodwall and Port of NO highway so that includes trespassing, scaling multiple walls, and jumping from the docks into river to touch water.
Accurate answer is 20-25 mins now touching river at Waldenberg park steps in French Quarter.

I'd have about 800 miles to cover and would be in St. Louis once I got to the river. That's the nearest point from my current location.

10 minutes, maybe 15 if I’m taking my time.

About 1700 miles which would be around a couple weeks of nonstop running 24/7 so would be a while.

A lifetime. I wouldn't make it.
Seriously, it takes three and a half hours to drive it. So it would take 450 days to walk it and at least 3000 days to life to run it.
