There needs to be a torture sentence. Its not enough to just poke these frickers with a needle and they just go to sleep forever.

I read somewhere or watched a video years ago about that from someone who went through that.
They said it was a hours, days long process of repeating things and certain words that was supposed to reset your mind and " clear the slate" ....
