Buy cruise ship turn into corporate office, stay in international waters, never pay property taxes and see the world.

Baton Rouge is my hometown, but I moved away 5 years ago.
If I still lived there I would probably napalm all of north BR to spruce it up.

Gulfport, MS is pretty much a lost cause. Such poor leadership over the years.
Pass Road used to be a decent road with lots of different businesses. Now the entirety of it is a dump. West Gulfport keeps getting worse.

Buy all the billboard space so we wouldn’t see any more trial attorney ads.
Replace with simple phrases and repeat often
“Trashy people litter.”
“Don’t trust a shoplifter”
“Want to feel better - eat less”.

Call Barksdale Air Force base to carpet bomb BR
Then build that loop we’ve been talking about for over 50 years

I would bulldoze every abandoned delapidated building in BR. This includes around LSU.

Gentrification a lot of it.

Either bulldoze it or burn it
And that’s it
And that’s it

I’d buy up the shite hole apartments in Tigerland and bulldoze them and make the area new and respectable again.
I'd do the same for several blocks North of Campus.

NOLA is where I grew up. A huge grant for public education system and do something to address business growth (non-tourism business).

Mandeville. I'd pay people to leave.

I would pump money into better people to run for politics. Like someone with their own business or practice.
People with experience in real world, who still live in community they serve, and who treat job as a short term service to community & country and not til their death.
I don’t care how old someone is when they start. It’s how long they stay in it.
Better to be successful and make some money in private sector before politics than during, after, and only because of being in politics.

One of my friends who went to Austin College rented a house between the school and the hood. His family had money and he had a lot of knit shirts with the insignia some exclusive schools and country clubs.
He had them on the clothesline to dry and they were stolen. The next day he drove by a basketball court and saw the Hoodrats playing basketball. They were wearing his shirts.

1. False Flag Bombings
2. Initiate a war with significant bombardment
3. Kill Journalists who criticize you
4 Encourage opposition fighters to take their war
elsewhere
5. Prop up a puppet despot
6. Have him kill and disappear anyone he thinks is a
threat
7. Rebuild

I’d spread enough money and influence around LSU to make it a real hub for STEM research. I’d promote and grow the business college by sweeping out many of the old professors. Focus on those who not only mentor students but have networking contacts to help student placement.
I’d focus on raising the entry standards across the board.
Create business opportunity zones across south Louisiana that provide loans to tech, manufacturing and industrial services startups at 0-1% interest rates. After five years with minimum some marginal growth, the loan would be forgiven. This would be prioritized for students graduating from Louisiana based universities.
Education is the key to changing Louisiana. Better business supports provide structure for its educational products to grow.
