6For me in BR area, I’d buy up the shite hole apartments in Tigerland and bulldoze them and make the area new and respectable again.

I really thought that whole department should have been disbanded after Katrina and reconstituted a couple of years later. Changing the fricking shirts was not an adequate answer to the cowardice and mayhem those crooks perpetrated.
