It would have to be like those people in the Andes in the early 1970's. The person would have to have already been dead. I sure would not kill someone just to save my sorry arse.

Short answer: Yes.
Long answer...it would help if someone else prepared the meal...I'd probably think it was pork...until I noticed the reduced number of people at the table....
Cannibals interviewed long ago said human meat tastes like pork...and doesn't surprise me any...since we are both omnivores.

Hunger will make people crazy as hell. I would imagine you would start with the people who already died and quickly realize that their meat is tainted.. which is why they died.. and start killing more healthy people.
For this to happen to me it would have to be some crazy survival situation or end of the world shite. Too many other options for food in my area.
