Door Dash delivered something to Kernoodle at 4am. Kernoodle was on Tik Tok at 4:12am. Whimpering and loud thud from Kernoodle's room caught on security camera at 4:17am. Shortly thereafter, killer left the scene through second floor sliding glass door.
So Goncalves and Mogen killed first on third floor.

There hasn't been any real evidence of him "stalking" though right? They said cell phone pings, but it sounds like it was just in the general area? A couple pings a month in the general area doesn't seem like stalking. Maybe they have it closer together and more information? Maybe it was all at 2am? IDK.

This is unclear to me still but your timeline makes sense.
He saw the room mate that survived AFTER being upstairs. So he went and killed the 2 downstairs AFTER walking past the girl that survived? Seems absurd?
Something has to be missing. Like maybe the boyfriend woke up and confronted him, that's why the 2nd two died?

I meant of when he arrived to the house and when he left the house. He only lived 10 mins away right? But his cell was turned off for a couple of hours?

Sounds like they are pretty specific location wise and all in the early morning hours. 12 different times.

The guy probably was dressed in black with the knife at his side and was working up the courage to kill several of the times he drove by in the wee hours. Chilling.

I read the affidavit. This dude is 100% the perpetrator. The DNA evidence alone proves his guilt. Give him the brick treatment on the courthouse lawn tomorrow.

I took it as roommate heard noises coming from room on same floor, she looked out the door and saw a dark silhouette (I suppose I could see how this wouldn't raise suspicion) then a few minutes later looked out the door again, and that's when she came essentially face to face with him. So she saw him, he went up stairs (and she heard noise upstairs, assumed Kaylee was playing with her dog), and then he came back down.

12 different times the dude was in their area prior to the murders 11 of those 12 times was late night early morning hours. He followed them on social media. I'm guessing there will be far more evidence of stalking coming down the pike.
