Where are you located? If you can pass a drug test and background check I can help you get a job in a psychiatric facility for mentally ill teenagers.

If the boss really did pick on you for whatever reason, you are better off not working there. There is something out there for you. You will have to widen your search and maybe look in areas you wouldn’t have looked before.

Why don’t you substitute teach? Teachers get paid for doing nothing.

Read a few of your posts and it looks like karma is catching up to you. I’m not saying that in an ugly way because I’ve been there, just saying that past choices are having effects now. Leaving a job without notice and then getting fired on the next is probably going to make things difficult for you. The sales world punishes high disagreeableness. Take your time with this one and make sure it’s a good fit so that you can regain that upward trajectory.

Oh, why don't you bring up how elementary and secondary teachers get certified to teach. I guess she's unemployed, so she can student teach for free for months, but yeah.

I was fired once. Most people have. It seems like the end of the world…it isn’t.

Take a few days to “grieve” losing your job and then launch a full-on assault of a job search. Send resumes to anyplace that you will work, whether they accept them or not. Call everyone from the janitor to the ceo. Take anything you can get to keep from having a gap in your employment.

Honestly, the biggest things that keep folks from getting a job offer when I try to find help, is their social media and the fact that most people can’t pass a drug test, so do what ever you have to do with respect to those two.

Most of all, take a look at yourself. Your boss did not just come to work today and decide to fire you. Do what you have to so it never happens again.

You start a thread like this and not a single response after 3 pages?

I can see why you were fired. It’s you, not your boss.

I'm sure your boss got rid of a productive model employee because they arbitrarily just didn't like you.

I've had one of these, and I've never even sniffed at being fired. In a nutshell...I answered directly to this lady, but her boss hired me. Her boss LOVED me. I mean teacher's pet kind of loved me. Turned out this lady was mad I was hired over her friend, and she legit had it out for me.

Made herself look like a complete fool with the ways she tried to "catch" me doing things wrong. Thankfully I bolted after a year, as she was miserable to be around. Her boss gave me a glowing recommendation.
